HOW IT WORKS

how it works

checklist

$1000 PROJECT MINIMUM before delivery fees.

Delivery to the five boroughs of New York only.

Drop off service only, no setup or styling - you designate your point person to receive the flowers from our team and take it from there!

Must be able to provide a two hour delivery window.

Delivery charges vary depending on location but ranges between $150 and $300.

No end of night breakdown - you encourage your guests to take home these beautiful arrangements for their homes! Please coordinate with your venue about disposal of any items not being taken by guests.

This service does not include any mockups, rentals or candles.

Must book no later than 2 weeks out from your event.

Must book no more than 6 months out from your event.


make your selections

Fill out the online form to select your preferences and quantities. This is also where you’ll pinpoint your delivery contact person at your venue and provide delivery details like the address, a 2 hour delivery window and any specific notes.


confirmations & payment

Rye Workshop will send you a summary of your selections and a final invoice including delivery fees. Full payment is due at this time to reserve your date.

Rye Workshop will reach out one week before your event to confirm your delivery and see if there are any changes.


delivery

We will arrive at your venue within the two hour delivery time and reach out to the contact person provided. We delivery all product in compostable cardboard boxes for you to use to distribute the arrangements around your venue. Your contact person signs off on the the delivery and we’re all set!
